A few notes:
* We should have T-Shirt prices and parent apparel information available soon
* Remember, rehearsals are Mandatory
* Trip - First trip payment is due Friday in the amount of $300.00 if you do not already have that credited to your account.
* I'll send out one FINAL trip list in the next day or two before we close trip commitment.
* Paperwork - Please bring any and all paperwork you have filled out. It is important that we have everything filed ASAP! Please turn paperwork into Mr. Lancaster. If we're missing paperwork before our first game, you will not be allowed to attend and will be given an alternate assignment instead!
Monday
* NO Marching Practice. Go to tutorials or sleep in.
* 6:00 to 9:00 pm - Full Band
Tuesday
* 7:00 am - Full Band - All band members on the PRACTICE field, ready to downbeat at 7:00am.
Wednesday
* NO Marching Practice. Go to tutorials or sleep in.
Thursday
* 7:00 am - Full Band - All band members on the PRACTICE field, ready to downbeat at 7:00am.
Friday
* 7:00 am - Full Band - All band members on the STADIUM field, ready to downbeat at 7:00am.
* 5:15 pm - Change into Uniform
* 6:00 pm - Inspection
* 6:15 pm - March over to stadium
* 7:00 pm - Kickoff
* 8:00 pm'ish - Half Time!
* 10:00 pm'ish - BH Closes
